Terms and Conditions
(hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”)

1. General
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations between the service provider and
the client in relation to the rental and execution of Fotozabava services, operated under the company
Boštjan Kofol s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). By using Fotozabava services, the client confirms
that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Description of Services
Fotozabava provides photography and video services related to events, such as:
• rental of photo booths (photo booth, Glambot, 360 booth, AI booth, etc.)
• photo capture and printing
• delivery, setup, and on-site technical support
• additional services upon agreement (graphic customization, personalization, etc.)

4. Order and Reservation Confirmation
The service order is confirmed in writing (via e-mail or web form). A reservation
is considered valid only after confirmation by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right
to reject an order if the requested date is not available.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is made based on a proforma invoice (in advance) or after the service has been completed,
according to the agreement at the time of ordering. In the case of advance payment, the amount must be
settled no later than 3 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of non-payment,
the Provider reserves the right not to perform the service.

6. Cancellation and Date Changes
The client may cancel the service up to 7 days before the agreed date without any charges.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, the Provider reserves the right to
charge 50% of the service value. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the event,
100% of the service value will be charged. Date changes are possible only upon agreement and
subject to availability.

7. Liability
The Provider is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by force majeure
(power outages, internet connection issues, weather conditions, etc.). The client is responsible
for any damage to or destruction of equipment caused by inappropriate behavior of guests.
In case of damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged.

8. Privacy of Photos and Videos
All photos and videos created during the event are considered private.
The Provider does not publish, share, or transfer photos or videos to third parties,
except to the client or the person who ordered the event. The material is securely processed
after the event and delivered exclusively to the client, in the format agreed upon at the time of
ordering (digital gallery, link, USB, etc.). All content remains private and is not used for
promotional or other purposes without the explicit consent of the client.

9. Personal Data Protection
The Provider protects personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). Data collected
during the order process is used exclusively for the purpose of service execution and communication
with the client. Personal data and content files (photos, videos) are stored only as long as necessary
to fulfill the agreed services and are then deleted.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the Provider and the client will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible,
the competent court at the Provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.

11. Final Provisions
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The valid version of the Terms and Conditions is always published on the Fotozabava website.
